The building is one of the most significant works of building art in Finland's reconstruction period and is part of the Docomomo International Register, a site for modern architecture. The kitchen represents the classic Scandinavian cuisine, where pure Finnish raw materials play a vital role. The venue operates in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.
