Thursday, October 2, 2025 - Welcome to the happiest country in the world

Individual arrivals with Finnair

Meet your local hosts at Helsinki Airport. Meeting point: Arrivals Hall (first floor), Helsinki Airport - look for the Finland Fam Trip sign. 

Coffee and snacks for early arrivals

Transfer to Helsinki city centre

Check-in at Clarion Hotel Helsinki 

17.30 Site visit at Clarion Hotel Helsinki and welcome drinks in the hotel’s Sky Bar with a view over the city

19.15 Bus transfer 

19.30 Dinner in Restaurant Nolla, where we will enjoy seasonal delicacies of the region.

Friday, October 3 - Explore some of the versatile venues in Helsinki and dine in the Sky in Espoo

On the way to visit a bunch of beautiful hotels right in the city center, we will have a quick visit in the famous Oodi library, a true landmark of modern Helsinki

11.00 Site visit at Scandic Grand Central Helsinki 

12.00 Lunch and site visit at NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa 

After lunch we will have a walking tour to see Helsinki’s major landmarks, finishing the tour at one of the newest hotels, Pier 4

16.00 Tour and gin tasting at The Helsinki Distilling Company in an old urban abbatoir, now event space Teurastamo

17.00 Meeting your Visit Espoo hosts & transfer to Espoo

19.00 Welcome drinks & site inspection at Hotel Hanaholmen with Mrs. Jessica Dannbäck
Hanaholmen is an inspiring and unique meeting place that brings together Nordic culture, art, and design with the beautiful Finnish archipelago just outside the window. At Hanaholmen, you can organize variety of events – from conferences, company workshops and kick off events to informal evenings, banquets and cocktail events in the middle of nature yet close to the centre of Helsinki.

20.00 Dinner at the Lucy in the Sky rooftop restaurant
Lucy in the Sky is a rooftop restaurant and bar serving contemporary bistro food with panoramic views of the capital region, from cityscapes to natural parks and the sparkling Finnish archipelago. Here you can organise a private event in the Diamond Bar cabinet, on the glass terraces or you can also book the entire restaurant for your use. At Lucy, there are no bad seats – just stunning sights!

Saturday, October 4 – Experience coastal Espoo and activities

8.30-10.00 Networking breakfast at the hotel – Meeting with local suppliers
Let’s kick off the day with a networking breakfast! You have the chance to meet Espoo's sustainable business events companies and hear short pitches about their services tailored to different types of event and incentive travel needs. 

10.30 Site visit & tandem driving experience at Vermo Areena
After breakfast and establishing new contacts, we will head for a site visit to Vermo Areena, the mecca for horse trotting in Finland. Vermo is also a versatile event venue with some very cool activities for business groups. 
Have you ever dreamed or even thought that you could ride a trotting horse? Now you can – safely with two-seater tandem trotting carts with an experienced co-driver! To participate in this tandem driving experience, you do not need any experience with horses. Protective clothing and helmets are provided. If you don't want to participate yourself, you can enjoy the thrill of speed and watch others drive.

13.00-15.00 Lunch at Stensvik – Kitchen & Rooftop restaurant and transfer to the hotel.
After lunch we’ll have a short break / free time at the hotel.

16.00 Meeting at the hotel lobby & getting ready to RIB boat cruise on the Espoo archipelago with Sea Adventures Finland
We'll meet Mr. Jukka Palkonen, the owner of Sea Adventures Finland, a company that organises thematic boat trips and archipelago experiences for groups in open-deck rigid inflatable boats. The bench seating is near the surface of the water, giving you a 360° view which makes you feel one with your surroundings. 
We advise you to wear an outdoor jacket and flat and sturdy shoes suitable for entering a boat. Comfortable water and windproof overalls are provided for you.

16.30 RIB boat cruise in the Espoo archipelago
Maritime Espoo is a hidden gem with over 165 islands and 40 km of beautiful coastline. Archipelago and its recreational islands, easily accessible by boat in the summer, offer unique venues like island restaurants and sauna premises as well as unforgettable activities from sailing to SUP adventures. 

17.30-22.00 Finnish sauna experience & dinner at HERRÖ, on Stora Herrö island
As sauna is a big part of Finnish culture and also a key element of our happiness, we want you to experience it, too! We will spend a relaxed final evening together at HERRÖ, where we will enjoy traditional Finnish yard games, a sauna, and a delicious dinner with Hiiohoi. Hiiohoi organises memorable corporate and private events in the most stylish seaside locations in Espoo and Helsinki. At the heart of their operations are high-quality service, carefully selected private spaces and the wonderful taste experiences prepared by top chefs.
After the dinner a water taxi will take us to the closest harbor, and we’ll have a bus transfer to the hotel.
Remember to bring your bathing suit for the evening’s sauna experience.

Sunday, October 5 – Adventures in Nuuksio National Park

9.00 Bus transfer to Nuuksio National Park, Yli-Takkula Rural Estate
Nuuksio National Park is a must-visit natural treasure in the Helsinki region, accessible year-round. Within a 35-minute drive from our accommodation, you can discover forests, lakes, and breathtaking viewpoints. With Nuuksio’s scenic venues, diverse activity options a, and delicious nature-inspired restaurants, it’s an ideal setting for unforgettable events! This time, we have chosen to take you to Yli-Takkula, Eventure's basecamp!

9.40 Introducing Yli-Takkulan tila and Eventure’s services 
Meeting with Mr. Kim Kärkkäinen, the owner of Eventure, who will give us a short introduction of the venue and our morning activity. 
Eventure specializes for high-quality outdoor activities and adventures and operates at and from the Yli-Takkula basecamp. This old and historical rural estate in the landscape of Nuuksio National Park offers a beautiful place for full-service activity and meeting days with atmospheric facilities, varied programs and delicious meals – and you can experience all of this today!

10.00 Raft expedition activity
The activity starts with a short walk to lakeside where the sturdy seven persons rafts are waiting. We will paddle across the scenic Lake Saarijärvi and along the way, teams navigate with maps, solve outdoor-themed challenges, and learn practical survival and backpacking skills in a fun, interactive way. The experience combines teamwork, nature exploration, and useful tips for future outdoor adventures. 
Please wear weather-appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear suitable for walking in nature. We recommend a water-resistant outdoor shell outfit (jacket and trousers) to protect you in case of rain showers. If you don't have a shell outfit, don't worry - we'll have raincoats/ponchos for everyone just in case.

12.00 Lunch by open fire
After our morning nature adventure your visit to Espoo will be concluded in a true Finnish style – with a lunch by an open fire. If you want, you can also participate yourself and bake your own dessert pankace over the campfire. 
Before taking you to the airport, we have reserved some time to change clothes (if needed). 

13.15 Transfer to the airport. Arrival latest at 14.00.
