Espoo is a part of the metropolitan area and the second biggest city in Finland. In Espoo you can enjoy the delights of the coast and archipelago as well as the countryside, lakes, and the wilderness in Nuuksio National Park. Transfer to Helsinki city centre

Check-in at Clarion Hotel Helsinki 

After the check-in we will have a site visit in Clarion Hotel Helsinki and enjoy welcome drinks in the hotel’s Sky Bar with a view over the city. 

The evening will continue with a dinner in Restaurant Nolla, where we will enjoy seasonal delicacies of the region.

Breakfast          

After enjoying Clarion’s breakfast buffet, we will check out and head to the city. We will start the day by visiting some iconic event venues such as Finlandia Hall and beautiful hotels in the city centre. After lunch we will have a walking tour to see Helsinki’s major landmarks. 

We will end the afternoon by a local gin tasting by The Helsinki Distilling Company in an old urban abbatoir, now event space Teurastamo. 

After an eventful day in Helsinki, Visit Espoo’s hosts will welcome you to the City of Espoo with welcome drinks enjoyed at the Hotel Hanaholmen. You’ll also get to check in to your rooms with amazing sea views across the Baltic Sea. 

Tasty dinner will be served atop the city at restaurant Lucy in the Sky with Finnish flavors and scenery over the capital area and Baltic Sea archipelago.

An optional sauna and swim in the spa area of Hotel Hanaholmen will wrap up the day and offer a perfect way to unwind before the next day’s adventures. 

Networking breakfast

Let’s kick off the day with a networking breakfast! Meet some of Espoo’s sustainable tourism companies and hear about their services tailored to your event and incentive needs. 

The day continues with adventurous activities perfect for incentive groups. Lunch will offer culinary delights before we venture out on a RIB boat cruise to explore stunning coastal landscapes, visit event venues and enjoy dinner in the archipelago.

Breakfast and check-out 

Nuuksio National Park is a must-visit natural treasure in the capital area, accessible year-round. Within just a 30-minute drive from our accommodation, you can discover forests, lakes, and breathtaking viewpoints. With its scenic venues, diverse activity options a, and delicious nature-inspired restaurants, it’s an ideal setting for unforgettable events!

We will explore this natural gem through a guided nature activity provided by one of our trusted partner companies, who specialize in outdoor experiences for business, conference and incentive groups. Your visit to Espoo will be concluded in a true Finnish style – with a lunch by an open fire before taking you to the airport for your journey home.
