The idea of Nolla was born out of a desire to serve great food without compromising sustainability. They aim to minimize the amount of waste they produce with everyday actions that follow their sustainable values and waste-free ideology. All their ingredients are mindfully sourced from local farmers, fishermen and producers, with a strong focus on sustainability. They place a heavy emphasis on seasonality, which is how they can offer the best of local produce all year round without having to sacrifice their values.

9.00 Site visit at Finlandia Hall
Finlandia Hall is Finland’s most iconic congress and event venue, located in the heart of Helsinki by the Töölönlahti waterfront. Designed by the world-renowned architect Alvar Aalto, the building is a masterpiece of Nordic modernism. Finlandia Hall offers more than 40 unique conference and event spaces ranging from 20 to 1700 seats. 
Finlandia Hall is a UNESCO World Heritage site that is part of the Aalto Works architectural series in Finland.

9.30 Site visit at Helsinki Music Centre 
Helsinki Music Centre (Musiikkitalo) is a modern, centrally located event venue known for its excellent acoustics and flexible meeting spaces. It provides high-quality facilities for conferences, seminars, and receptions in a sleek, contemporary setting.

10.00 Visit to Oodi 
Helsinki Central Library Oodi is a living meeting place right in the heart of Helsinki. The building itself is very modern and Nordic: lots of wood, glass, and natural light. The curved wooden exterior is one of its most famous features. Oodi is a non-commercial, urban public space that is open to all. Inside, it’s much more than books.

NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa boasts 224 spacious and luxurious guest rooms and suites of various sizes, 24-hour fitness center, a spa and a range of meeting and event spaces.

Set in a former bank building, Restaurant Salutorget comprises a dining room known for its pared-down elegance, a stylish bar and a cosy outdoor terrace with views of Helsinki’s bustling seafront market. Espoo Metro Areena is designed to accommodate everything from intimate business meetings to major international events. With a concert capacity of over 9,000 guests, Espoo Metro Areena can be transformed to suit events of very different sizes and formats. For seminars and conference-style events, the flat floor can accommodate up to 2,100 participants. In addition to the main arena floor and extensive grandstand areas, the venue features meeting rooms, 49 sky boxes, restaurants, bars and hospitality spaces – enabling organisers to combine plenary sessions, networking, dining and entertainment under one roof. The Arena has hosted a wide variety of major events, ranging from international concerts and entertainment productions to top-level sporting events, demonstrating its capability to accommodate demanding productions and diverse event concepts.

Finland’s largest art museum, EMMA, presents contemporary and modern art, design, and international exhibitions in a stunning architectural setting. At EMMA, you can forget traditional meeting rooms – here you can organize seminars, receptions or cocktail events surrounded by inspiring art. Also, EMMA’s facilities make it easy to incorporate artistic experiences, such as guided tours, meeting with the artists or creative workshops, into your special occasion.

Lucy in the Sky is a rooftop restaurant and bar serving contemporary bistro food with panoramic views of the capital region, from cityscapes to natural parks and the sparkling Finnish archipelago. Here you can organise a private event in the Diamond Bar cabinet, on the glass terraces or you can also book the entire restaurant for your use. At Lucy, there are no bad seats – just stunning sights!

Palsta Kirkkonummi is a unique venue for planners looking for meeting venues with character: private, seaside and high quality. The evening combines a site inspection with the kind of experience that makes the venue memorable – Finnish sauna experience, dipping into the sea, relaxed conversation and a seasonal dinner prepared on site. 
Palsta is a strong fit for planners seeking executive meetings, leadership retreats, team days or private corporate gatherings in a calm and high-quality environment.

10.15 Arrival to Hawkhill Cottage Resort
Hawkhill is a family-run company offering unforgettable experiences in high-end log cottages and in the nature around it. This full-service lakeside venue is ideal for meetings, meals and get-togethers for up to 50 people as well as for sauna experiences and activities inspired by local nature and culture. The Hawkhill forest restaurant where we will enjoy our lunch a bit later offers a magical setting for tailored culinary experiences. 
Hawkhill holds the Sustainable Travel Finland label and Green Key certificate. 

10.30 Time for a relaxing activity in the Finnish nature 
This calming experience is about unwinding body and mind. After a short hike to the top of Haukkamäki hill, hammocks are waiting each of us between the trees. During the guided relaxation session, you can even take a nap. Nature heals and restores – spending time outdoors nurtures the inner happiness that Finns are known for.
