Meet your local hosts at Helsinki Airport. Meeting point: Arrivals Hall (first floor), Helsinki Airport – look for the Finland Fam Trip sign.

17.30 Site visit at the hotel
A unique hotel offering first-class experiences and elegant meeting rooms in the best location in the center of Helsinki, in the stunning historic building designed by the famous Finnish architect Eliel Saarinen at the Central Railway Station. The decor of timeless elegance and the classic style of the beautiful Art Nouveau building is combined with the hotel’s relaxed atmosphere.

19.00 Welcome dinner at Restaurant Nolla
The idea of Nolla was born out of a desire to serve great food without compromising sustainability. They aim to minimize the amount of waste they produce with everyday actions that follow their sustainable values and waste-free ideology. All their ingredients are mindfully sourced from local farmers, fishermen and producers, with a strong focus on sustainability. They place a heavy emphasis on seasonality, which is how they can offer the best of local produce all year round without having to sacrifice their values.

Friday, September 25 - Explore the versatile venues in Helsinki

Finlandia Hall is Finland’s most iconic congress and event venue, located in the heart of Helsinki by the Töölönlahti waterfront. Designed by the world-renowned architect Alvar Aalto, the building is a masterpiece of Nordic modernism. Finlandia Hall offers more than 40 unique conference and event spaces ranging from 20 to 1700 seats.

Helsinki Music Centre (Musiikkitalo) is a modern, centrally located event venue known for its excellent acoustics and flexible meeting spaces. It provides high-quality facilities for conferences, seminars, and receptions in a sleek, contemporary setting.

Helsinki Central Library Oodi is a living meeting place right in the heart of Helsinki. The building itself is very modern and Nordic: lots of wood, glass, and natural light. The curved wooden exterior is one of its most famous features. Oodi is a non-commercial, urban public space that is open to all. Inside, it’s much more than books.

Saturday, September 26 – Espoo is a combination of nature and modern city life

13.00 Lunch
Lucy in the Sky is a rooftop restaurant and bar serving contemporary bistro food with panoramic views of the capital region, from cityscapes to natural parks and the sparkling Finnish archipelago. Here you can organise a private event in the Diamond Bar cabinet, on the glass terraces or you can also book the entire restaurant for your use. At Lucy, there are no bad seats – just stunning sights! 

14.30 Transfer to Hotel Hanaholmen & check-in
Hanaholmen is an inspiring and unique venue and hotel that brings together Nordic culture, art, and design with the beautiful Finnish archipelago just outside the window. At Hanaholmen, you can organize variety of events – from conferences, company workshops and kick off events to informal evenings, banquets and cocktail events in the middle of nature yet close to the centre of Helsinki. 
Hanaholmen holds the Sustainable Travel Finland label and Eco Compass certificate.

Sunday, September 27 – Finding happiness in Nuuksio National Park

We will experience the wild beauty of  Nuuksio National Park, one of the 41 National Parks in Finland. Nuuksio is a must-visit natural treasure in the Helsinki region, accessible year-round. Within a 30-40-minute drive from your accommodation, you can discover forests, lakes, and breathtaking viewpoints. With Nuuksio’s scenic venues, diverse activity options a, and delicious nature-inspired restaurants, it’s an ideal setting for unforgettable events! 

10.15 Arrival to Hawkhill Cottage Resort
Hawkhill is a family-run company offering unforgettable experiences in high-end log cottages and in the nature around it. This full-service lakeside venue is ideal for meetings, meals and get-togethers for up to 50 people as well as for sauna experiences and activities inspired by local nature and culture. The Hawkhill forest restaurant where we will enjoy our lunch a bit later offers a magical setting for tailored culinary experiences. Hawkhill holds the Sustainable Travel Finland label and Green Key certificate. 

10.30 Time for a relaxing activity in the Finnish nature 
This calming experience is about unwinding body and mind. After a short hike to the top of Haukkamäki hill, hammocks are waiting each of us between the trees. During the guided relaxation session, you can even take a nap. Nature heals and restores – spending time outdoors nurtures the inner happiness that Finns are known for.
